Instituto Nacional de Cardiologia perspectiva da telerreabilitação em fisioterapia cardiovascular: uma revisão de literatura uma revisão de literatura

Resumo
Introdução: Segundo a Organização Mundial de Saúde, reabilitação cardíaca é um somatório de atividades necessárias para garantir aos portadores de cardiopatia as melhores condições físicas, mental e social para reinserção deste indivíduo na comunidade levando uma vida ativa e produtiva. A reabilitação reduz a mortalidade relacionada a eventos cardiovasculares e globais, diminui a taxa de hospitalização, com melhora expressiva da qualidade de vida, justificando assim sua recomendação pelas principais sociedades médicas. A Tele reabilitação se apresenta como um modelo alternativo proporcionando uma oportunidade valiosa para aprimorar o engajamento em programas de reabilitação cardíaca. Objetivo: Avaliar a eficácia e segurança de programas de tele reabilitação cardíaca comparados com reabilitação convencional em pacientes com doenças cardiovasculares. Método: A coleta de dados foi realizada em bases de dados eletrônicas, incluindo PubMed, SciELO e BVS. A busca foi conduzida utilizando terminologias médicas, como os descritores da BIREME (Decs) e os Medical Subject Headings (MESH). Foram empregados os descritores em português "Reabilitação cardíaca" e "telerreabilitação", bem como em inglês "Telerehabilitation" e "Cardiac rehabilitation", considerando publicações no período entre 2018 e 2023. Resultados: Foram encontrados 896 artigos, quando aplicados os critérios de exclusão foram selecionados 26 artigos. Conclusão: A tele reabilitação apresenta-se como uma abordagem promissora na reabilitação cardíaca, além de maximizar a adesão ao tratamento, a tele reabilitação cardíaca também demonstra potencial para melhorar os resultados clínicos.
